 Course Objectives:

 This course teaches you how to carry out an effective Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and use the information you learn to design interesting and productive training programmes.

Course content:

– Concepts of Training

– Factors Affecting Training

– Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

– Instructional System Design Models

– Designing Training Programmes

Duration: 3 days

QQI Level 6 – Special Purpose Award 

This Train the Trainer Special Purpose Award is awarded to learners who achieve both modules; 6N3325 Training Needs Identification & Design and 6N3326 Training Delivery & Evaluation. This Award replaces the old FETAC Train the Trainer qualification. We offer both modules separately throughout the year and also run both modules together, allowing you to choose which option suits you best.
